Billing weight

● Round up to the nearest 0.5KG for each piece; Charging weight: For each piece, the actual weight is compared with the volume weight, and the larger one is used for calculation (the volume weight is calculated as: length* width* height cm/6000=KG)
● If the actual weight of a piece is <22KG, and the charging weight of a box is less than 12KG, it is charged as 12KG

Goods requirements

● All products and cartons must display "Made in China". If this results in additional costs or even returns, all expenses are borne by the customer. For orders over 450KG, multiple orders are assumed by default.
● Customers must attach 2 identical FBA labels to each item to avoid issues with goods being held up in transit due to damaged labels.
● Product packaging requirements include square or rectangular cardboard boxes. Other packaging may incur additional costs, please inquire separately.
● Weight restrictions: The weight of a single parcel <22KG.
● Size restrictions: The longest side <120cm; the second longest side <76cm; the length + 2* (width + height) <260cm ( additional charges for extra-long and extra-heavy orders are provided with data confirmation).

Goods attributes

May be electrically charged. Not accepted through this channel: aluminum pens, food, prohibited knives, liquids, powdery substances, dangerous goods (e.g. lighters, flammable and explosive materials, etc.), laser pens, helmets, etc.
