(1) Coverage   Our dedicated air freight service to Europe and America covers major countries and cities across Europe and the Americas. In Europe, it includes core cities in countries such as the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands, like London, Berlin, Paris, Rome, Madrid, and Amsterdam. In the Americas, it covers key cities in countries including the United States and Canada, such as New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto, and Vancouver. Through close cooperation with local airlines, we ensure the rapid transshipment and delivery of goods.   (2) Transportation Timeframe   Air freight, characterized by high efficiency and speed, meets customers' high requirements for cargo timeliness. Under normal circumstances, the air freight timeframe from major airports in China (such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, etc.) to major European cities is 5–7 days; to major American cities, it is 8–12 days. For urgent shipments, we also provide priority cargo space allocation services, which can further shorten the transportation time. The specific timeframe can be negotiated based on the nature of the goods and customer needs.   (3) Cargo Types   Our dedicated air freight service can handle various types of cargo, including general goods (such as clothing, daily necessities, electronic product accessories, etc.), high-value goods (such as precision instruments, luxury goods, etc.), and sensitive goods (such as electronic products with built-in batteries, cosmetics, small amounts of liquids, etc., which must comply with air transport regulations). It should be noted, however, that goods that do not meet air transport requirements, such as dangerous goods and contraband, are not accepted.   (4) Supporting Services   Customs Declaration and Inspection: A professional team handles the export customs declaration and inspection procedures for goods, ensuring complete documents and accurate information to smoothly pass customs inspection.   Cargo Tracking: We provide full-process visualized cargo tracking services. Customers can check the real-time transportation status of goods, including departure, transshipment, and arrival, through our official website, APP, or customer service hotline.   Warehousing and Distribution: We have warehousing centers at major domestic airports, offering services such as temporary storage, sorting, and packaging of goods. We also have cooperative warehouses in European and American destinations to facilitate cargo distribution.   Customs Clearance and Delivery: Cooperating with local professional customs clearance agencies in Europe and America, we efficiently handle import customs clearance procedures. After customs clearance, goods are delivered to the customer's designated address through our cooperative logistics network, supporting door-to-door services.
