Air freight dedicated line service

(1) Service Details   Our dedicated air freight service to Russia offers direct flights from multiple core cities in China, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Yiwu, to major cities in Russia, including Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Yekaterinburg. Multiple regular flights are scheduled weekly to meet the timeliness needs of different customers. Whether it is urgent business documents, high-value electronic products, or time-sensitive samples, all can be delivered to the destination quickly and accurately.   (2) Transportation Timeframe   Thanks to in-depth cooperation with airlines and efficient operational processes, our air freight service has significant advantages in transportation timeliness under normal circumstances. For direct flights, goods can usually arrive at major Russian cities within 2–3 days; for fast flights, the timeframe is 5–9 days; and for standard flights, it is 8–12 days. For customers with special urgent needs, we also provide expedited services. Through a series of measures such as prioritizing cabin allocation and accelerating customs clearance, we minimize transportation time. The specific timeframe can be determined through communication with customers based on actual conditions.   (3) Acceptable Cargo Scope   Our dedicated air freight service has a strong capacity to handle various cargoes. In addition to general goods, we can safely transport a variety of sensitive items, such as goods with built-in or accompanying batteries, power banks, pure batteries under 1kg per unit, e-liquids, liquids, and cosmetics. However, it should be noted that branded goods and powdered items are not currently within the scope of acceptance. We strictly follow the relevant regulations and standards of the International Air Transport Association (IATA), conducting professional packaging, classification, and transportation operations for goods to ensure that every shipment is transported safely and in compliance with regulations.   (4) Value-Added Services   To enhance customer experience, we also provide a series of thoughtful value-added services. The full cargo tracking service allows customers to enter the waybill number through our official website or mobile APP to obtain real-time transportation status of the goods. Information on every key node—from the goods leaving the origin warehouse, to handling at transit airports, to final arrival at the destination—can be grasped in a timely manner. Meanwhile, we offer cargo insurance services. Customers can choose an appropriate insurance package based on the value of their goods. In the event of damage or loss of goods during transportation, we will fully assist customers in claims settlement to minimize their risk of loss. In addition, we provide value-added services such as door-to-door pickup, cargo sorting, and palletizing to meet customers' diverse logistics needs.
